This session will focus on a complete assessment, answering all your questions and creating a plan personalized to your goals. I will also recommend blood tests or functional tests during this session that are essential to assess your fertility status and overall health. These may include tests to evaluate hormone levels, thyroid function, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and other important factors to support your fertility.
2. 4 Follow-up Sessions (60 minutes each):
   The follow-up consultations will take place every 3-4 weeks. In these sessions, we will review your progress, make any necessary adjustments to your plan, and discuss your test results (if applicable). We will also dive deeper into fertility-related topics such as hormonal balance, stress management, and lifestyle choices.
3. Comprehensive Fertility Guidance:
   The package includes complete guidance on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, supplementation if needed, and fertility-specific strategies. I’ll work with you on preparing your body for a healthy conception, managing stress, balancing hormones, and improving overall wellness.
4. Support for Lab Test Interpretation:
   Should you choose to complete any recommended lab tests (e.g., hormone levels, thyroid, vitamins/minerals), the package includes interpretation of your test results and guidance on the next steps based on the findings.
