As a dedicated Functional Nutritionist, I specialize in empowering individuals to achieve optimal health by addressing the root causes of their health concerns. My personal journey with autoimmune conditions and severe gut issues has provided me with a profound understanding of the intricate relationship between diet, lifestyle, and chronic illnesses.

After the birth of my twin boys, I experienced a significant decline in my health, manifesting as persistent fatigue, sleep disturbances, and digestive problems. Conventional medicine offered only temporary relief, prompting me to explore holistic and alternative healing modalities.

My quest for comprehensive healing led me to Kerala, India, where I studied Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda. Eager to deepen my understanding of human nutrition, I subsequently enrolled in the esteemed Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in the UK.

There, I completed a rigorous four-year Nutritional Therapy program, encompassing biochemistry, pathophysiology, nutrition and lifestyle medicine, botanical medicine, and advanced diagnostic testing.

In my practice, I adopt a Functional Nutrition perspective, focusing on personalized dietary and lifestyle strategies to reduce inflammation, support immune function, and enhance overall quality of life.
